How do I determine how much wallpaper I need to order?
We recommend measuring the width and height of your walls in feet. Use our online calculator to input these dimensions, and we will automatically determine the number of panels or rolls required for your project.
What is the difference between Peel and Stick and Traditional wallpaper?
Peel and Stick is a self-adhesive, removable fabric that is perfect for renters or temporary updates. Traditional wallpaper requires paste for installation and is a permanent solution for long-term design.
Can I apply Chasing Paper products to textured walls?
For the best results, we recommend applying our products to smooth, flat surfaces. Textured walls can prevent the adhesive from bonding correctly and may result in an uneven finish.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard ground delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused rolls or panels within 30 days of delivery. Please note that samples and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
